Grand Ballroom Our 4000 square foot Grand Ballroom comfortably seats up to 250 of your guests. This hall includes use of a small prep kitchen, private restrooms for your guests, a large foyer area perfect for cocktail hour, and a bridal changing room. The neutral color scheme, tile floors, and adjustable lighting allow for virtually unlimited decorating options, and we have a variety of tables, chairs, and linens to choose from. All packages can choose between our Blue Padded Non-Folding Banquet Chairs (top) or White Padded folding chairs (middle). The platinum package comes with chair covers and chair sashes (below). Any of our rental items can be added a la carte to any package--for example, table linens can be added to the standard package on a price-per-cloth basis. Standard Package: Four Hours of Party Time*, Tables, Deluxe Padded Chairs, Set-up of tables and chairs.

Platinum Package (shown, bottom): Four Hours of Party Time*, Tables, Non-folding Banquet Chairs, custom-fitted White Chair Covers, Chair sashes of any color, Table Linens, Dinner Plates, Salad Plates, Regency Silverware, Linen Napkins, Glassware, Wood Parquet-style Dance Floor, Full Set-up of everything except outside decorations, & Full Clean-up after guests leave. Does not include bussing tables.
Additional Hall Time can be purchased for $150/extra hour. Your Saturday not available? We offer a $250 discount for Friday or Sunday hall rentals! *"Party Time" begins when your guests arrive and ends when they leave. Unlike most event centers, we give you free access to the hall for set-up, decoration, etc, as well as time after the party to clean up and take down your decorations. We do not double-book our halls--we only book one party per hall per day. You will never be "rushed out" or have to wait for another event to end. A We charge an additional $300 damage deposit for this hall in order to cover any damages that may incur. The damage deposit will be refunded to you 3-5 days after your event.
