Stefan Ballroom

Our 700 square foot Stefan Ballroom comfortably seats up to 50 of your guests. This hall includes use of a large prep kitchen.

Standard Package: Four Hours of Party Time*, Tables, Padded Chairs. Rental Price: $450. Additional Hall Time can be purchased for $75/extra hour.

Deluxe Package (shown): Four Hours of Party Time*, Tables, Padded Chairs, Linens, Dishes, Silverware, Napkins, and Glassware. Rental Price: $725. Additional Hall Time can be purchased for $75/extra hour.

Platinum Package: Four Hours of Party Time*, Tables, Padded Chairs, Linens, White Chair Covers, Chair Sashes (any color), Dishes, Silverware, Napkins, Glassware, Full Set-Up, Full Clean-Up. Rental Price: $1125. Additional Hall Time can be purchased for $75/extra hour.

Your Saturday not available? We offer a $100 discount for Friday or Sunday rentals.

*"Party Time" begins when your guests arrive and ends when they leave. Unlike most event centers, we give you all-day access to the hall for set-up, decoration, etc, as well as time after the party to clean up and take down your decorations. We do not double-book our halls--we only book one party per hall per day.

We charge an additional $150 damage deposit for this hall in order to cover any damages that may incur. The damage deposit will be refunded to you 3-5 days after your event.
